All orders require 24 to 48 hours of processing time before being shipped.
Exquisiteimageries.com will only process orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Exquisiteimageries.com does not offer International/Canadian shipping options at this time.
All orders shipped to locations within Pennsylvania will be charged six percent sales tax on any applicable items. Please note sales tax is calculated based on the total price of the order, including the shipping cost for the order. The tax imposed by Pennsylvania on shipping and handling is part of the state’s sales tax, not a separate tax.

Gifts

From time to time exquisiteimageries.com may offer complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of select merchandise. Such gift offers are only valid while supplies last.

Promo Codes

Exquisiteimageries.com will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code, which can be used for promotions and/or discounts on our Web site. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or in online advertisements, sent via e-mail through our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscriptions, presented on exquisiteimageries.com, circulated at events or by other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code at checkout may include free shipping, percentages off, volume discounts or free gifts. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself. If an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, you may reference where you acquired the code for the exact details of the promotion. Please note Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discounted amount (not including tax and/or shipping and handling) in order for the promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend at least $10.01 on merchandise before tax and/or shipping and handling to redeem your discount. Unless using a free shipping promotion, all shipping and handling charges will be based off of the subtotal of merchandise prior to any discounts taken.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to states where we have or may have nexus for state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore, all orders shipping into Pennsylvania will be charged applicable sale’s tax according to the states tax rate. Please note, sales tax for Pennsylvania orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed on shipping and handling is part of the state’s sales tax, not a separate tax.

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24 to 48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification, etc. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. We will keep you updated by e-mail on the status of your order.

Order Status

Exquisiteimageries.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your exquisiteimageries.com ID e-mail address once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our Web site.

Pre-orders and Back-orders

Some items may be made available for pre-order before their official release or availability. Because these items are not available for immediate shipment or download, they may be updated or canceled at any time before they are released. Other items that are out of stock may from time to time be ordered as a back-order, allowing you a place in line for when an item becomes back in stock. Placing a back-order does not guarantee that and item will come back in stock, but back-orders will be filled before we take any new orders. Pre-orders and back-orders placed will have the full amount of the order charged at checkout, this is a PayPal policy.

Privacy

Exquisiteimageries.com respects your privacy. We will not, under any circumstances, sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for our processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from exquisiteimageries.com are updates to any recent orders and/or returns or about promotions and discounts.
