Building Instructions Limited Replacement Only Policy

Our building instructions come with a limited replacement only policy. We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality products, however we realize our building instructions if supplied on either a cd or dvd may become damaged or not work for some reason. If your building instructions cd or dvd has been damaged during shipping or is not working, you must notify us within 30 days of the invoice date stating exactly why there is a need for replacement and specifying the product needed for the policy to apply. Once we have been notified of your need, we will determine the best possible form of replacement product in regard to instructions and have this to you within a week of your request when possible via e-mail or digital download when applicable.

Building Sets And Sets Built For You Limited Missing Piece Replacement Only Policy

Our building sets come with a limited missing piece replacement only policy. We double check each set prior to shipping to insure you receive the high quality products and limit any inconvenience. However, these are small pieces we are working with and it may be possible one came off just prior to shipping. For this reason, we ask you to inspect your set upon arrival or within 30 days of the invoice date, notifying us not more than 30 days after your invoice date of exactly what you are missing from which set for the replacement policy to apply. Once we have been notified of your need, we will replace your missing piece within a week when product is in stock, otherwise, we will keep you updated on how soon you can expect to receive the replacement piece.
